FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 

How does the process work?

First, review all information on this website including the pricing page before booking. Then, head on back to the main page to schedule your appointment with the time and day that works best for you. Remember that spots are limited and we only do this mini session event once a year so be sure to secure your spot by scheduling today. Once that’s complete and we have received your booking, we will be in touch with you directly to schedule your order appointment.

 

How should I dress my child/family?

 One of the amazing things with the berry and bright teepee is that it can either be dressed up with Earthy tones like hunter greens, berry reds or darker neutrals but then it can also be dressed down with comfy christmas pajamas. When in doubt, give us a call! We would be glad to help.

 

What should I expect during the session?

We will spend 30 minutes total during our time, so we will work quickly to get both solo and group shots. This time together is light, and fun. The best images are when you are relaxed so be prepared to laugh!

 

What is the ordering appointment?

This is the time where you will get to see your images for the first time and place an order for any digital copies or products that you would like. We will work together to build your perfect christmas cards, prints, wall art, or gifts.

 

What type of products are there?

For our Holiday teepee sessions we will have exclusive gift options including sizes we normally don’t offer at special pricing. Boutique Ornaments and custom Greeting cards will be available along with our normal product line. We offer the highest quality prints made with the best archival papers and inks available, along with 100% handmade canvases, and premium handmade albums. Our wood print products are hand finished with a velour touch. Please see the Pricing page for more info.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Absolutely not! When we meet again for your portrait Ordering Appointment, we will go through the final images together, and there is no obligation to spend a certain amount. Only order what you love!

Can I order online?

No. Online ordering is not available. All orders must be placed in person at the studio during your Ordering Appointment so we can best serve you. It truly is easiest this way.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If the weather is raining, we will either reschedule for another day or give the option to do your session in the studio.
