Getting to spend an entire year with a group of girls throughout their senior year is always so fun and exciting for me. Sure, we get to make some pretty images, but it’s so much more than that. It’s getting to hear their hopes and dreams at the beginning of the year, and then seeing them achieve all of them and come up with new ones at the end of the year. To hear of college options and traveling to tour and see different schools, or how they’ve been already taking college courses to jump start their higher education. The amount of pride and effort these girls took for their own future was seriously inspiring. The senior reps 2018 is a group I won’t forget anytime soon.
We also got to spend time together, with their families working to get those priceless senior images that every family looks forward to at this point in their lives. Did you know, senior portraits are traditionally the last time you get professional portraits done until they get engaged and then married? That usually leaves a huge gap from young adult to married and starting a whole new life as an adult. It’s one of the reasons why senior portraits are so special, so meaningful, and so full of life.
It’s why I put on a senior program every year. To be able to give those last memories of being a young adult, to cheer on their accomplishments. I get to be apart of this community, and I am so proud to be apart of that community, a community who celebrates their children and their successes and I’m glad I get to spend just a sliver of time with them in their lives.
So without any further adieu:,
